Selina Dolman
Four Points Conveyancing are excited to introduce and welcome Selina Dolman to our team.
Selina has been employed in the conveyancing industry since 1996, at which point she commenced her studies in the field.
Having an interest for travel Selina put her studies on hold to see the world. She found herself in London where she decided to remain on a working visa, for two years. Selina commenced employment with a law firm where her role was that of direct assistant to the conveyancing partner.
Selina gained great experience and knowledge from this role. She thoroughly enjoyed learning and understanding the interesting title registration process of the United Kingdom.
Following her time in London, Selina decided that home was calling. She returned to Adelaide to complete her studies and became a registered conveyancer in 2005. Soon after, in 2007, she became an active member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (SA Division Inc). In 2009, she served on the AIC Council as a Councilor and Committee Member.
Selina met the AIC’s requirements for continual professional development to become a Certified Practicing Conveyancer in 2009. Since then she has taken great pride in annually maintaining her certification, and in the pursuit of excellence through attending AIC seminars.
Selina has a vast knowledge and thorough understanding of many facets of the conveyancing industry which includes, but is not limited to, her specialised fields of residential and matrimonial transactions, family transfers and deceased estates.
Along with her solid understanding of conveyancing, Selina is strongly committed to maintaining attention to detail, is consistently thorough, and ardently works to ensure her clients’ best interests.
Selina draws great personal and professional satisfaction from providing her clients with a seamless service, free from stress and disruptions.
